Pricing
3 Design Group offers the 3DG Wireless Broadband service in accordance with the monthly rates and one-time installation fees identified to you upon placing your order for our services. Rates and fees shown do not include applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If within 30 days you are unhappy with our service we will refund the money you paid to us on a regular installation with an installation charge. If you paid yearly there is a $75.00 service fee for cancellation. We also don't refund monies for routers, Ethernet cards, or other items purchased from us for the installation. To terminate your account 3DG requires written notice a minimum of 30 days prior to your billing cycle.

Resale of Bandwidth
The use of the service for commercial purposes; resell, share or otherwise distributing the service or any portion thereof to any third party; or provide network services to others via the service is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate cancellation of service at the discretion of 3 Design Group.

IP Address
Any IP address assigned to you by 3 Design Group is the property of 3 Design Group. We do not assume any liability whatsoever for any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or otherwise relating to any change in IP addressing.

Conditions of Use
You agree to use 3DG Wireless in accordance with our user policies and procedures which may be amended, altered or modified form time to time. Any amendments, alterations, or modifications are effective within 30 days after being posted on the 3DG Wireless web site or here at the 3DGathome.com. Continued use of the 3DG Wireless service constitutes agreement with and acceptance of these terms.

You are prohibited from using our service for activities that include but are not limited to:

Transmitting unsolicited messages which, cause significant disruption or elicit complains from other internet users.

Restricting or inhibiting any other user from using or enjoying the internet, impairing the operations or efficiency of the internet service or creating an unusually large burden on our networks, or otherwise generating levels of internet traffic to impeded other users' ability to transmit or receive information.

Harassing users or groups in any way including but not limited to defaming, abusing, stalking, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights of others.

Impersonating other 3DG Wireless subscribers or other ISP providers' subscribers in any way.

Uploading or downloading, transmitting, posting, publishing, disseminating, receiving, retrieving, storing, or otherwise reproducing, distributing or providing access to information, software, files or other material which (i) are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights, without prior authorization from the rights holder(s); (ii) are defamatory, obscene, child pornography or hate literature; or (iii) constitute invasion of privacy, appropriation of personality, or unauthorized linking or framing.

Falsifying or deleting any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file or other data.

Transmitting, posting, publishing, disseminating, retrieving, storing or otherwise reproducing, distributing or providing access to any files, program or information designed to assist users in defeating copy-protection, registration and nay other anti-theft mechanisms associated with commercial or shareware programs.

Transmitting, posting, receiving, retrieving, storing or otherwise reproducing, distributing or providing access to any program or information designed to assist in the fraudulent use of telecommunications services.

Using an internet hosts' resources in a manner which is not authorized by its administrators. This includes mail relaying, transmitting chain letters, make-money-fast or pyramid style schemes of any sort.

Posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus, "cancelbot", "Trojan horse", "worm" or other harmful or disruptive component.

Transmitting, posting, receiving, retrieving, storing or otherwise reproducing, distributing or providing access to any program or information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.

Harassing or abusing language or actions, whether verbal, written or otherwise, of our employees, suppliers, agents, representatives or customers is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this will result in charges being laid by the proper authorities as well as immediate loss of service.

Any loss the customer suffers or any party claiming through or under the customer, as a result of using our service;

The security or completion of any internet or web based Secure Transaction Servers or Services;

Any software viewed, downloaded, executed or transmitted to or from the customer site;

Any loss resulting from the viewing, downloading, purchasing or by any other means acquiring, any material, product or service accessible through the internet, even if the customer was not aware that any such loss would be incurred;

Any loss resulting from delays or interruption of internet services, regardless of cause;

Any losses or damages, including losses or damages to the customer's equipment, facilities or software, arising from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors, non-delivery, incorrect delivery, viruses, or defects in the transmission of information or data on the internet.

The wireless equipment that is provided by 3DG, for use by the Customer, remains the sole property of 3DG. Upon termination of service, by either party, this equipment must be returned to 3DG. Failure, on the part of the Customer, to return the equipment to 3DG will result in full market value of said equipment, becoming immediately due and payable to 3DGm by the customer. Failure, on the part of the Customer, to pay the full market value of said equipment to 3DG, will result in the outstanding account being forwarded to 3DG's Collection Service. The Customer is also responsible for this equipment while it is in their possession, any damages to the equipment will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3DG makes no claims as to providing guaranteed minimum/constant bandwidth and service may vary subject to customers usage and network congestion.
