System requirements

Network Card(NIC)

A computer network card is required. You can purchase one at your local computer store or we can supply one.

Router

An internet router is required. You can purchase one at your local computer store or we can supply one.

Additional Account Options

Installation - $249.95

Includes professional installation of 3DG Wireless antenna (CPE) and setup of one computer including wire run to a maximium of 100ft*, and software / email configuration.

Ethernet Card - $29.95 + tax

For any high-speed Internet service, your computer will need to be equipped with an Ethernet connection. Most computers come with this built in, but if needed, we can provide you the card and install/configure it for you.

Networking Router
(Wired) $54.95 + tax / (Wireless) $79.95 + tax

A router is required when connecting to the 3DG Wireless network.

Static IP Address

Static IP address is available for the Enhanced Service plan.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service we will refund your standard setup and monthly fees within 30 days of installation. Additional fees for extraordinary installations will not be refunded.

Onsite Professional Installation

We will professionally install and configure the 3DG Wireless radio, power supply, 3DG Wireless supplied router and setup of e-mail account on 1st computer. Added fees may apply for custom or complex installations, cable runs in excess of 100ft, customer supplied routers or configuration of additional computers (networking).

Encryption Software

All communication over the wireless network is encrypted using Motorola proprietary encryption.
